Clients agree not to disclose proprietary information obtained from Lexuspos Services without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Lexuspos Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
The total liability of Lexuspos Services, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services provided.
